Services are very pathetic. I have three Afton products. Recently last month my treadmill stopped working and I have been complaining since then, later when the service engineer visited and checked the machine I was told that the motor needs to be replaced and they confirmed the cost of Rs 7000 to replace the motor and assured that the machine would work properly. When the technician replaced the motor he said that he also need to replace the belt of the machine and that again will cost more Rs 3000, I think spending Rs 10000 on an old treadmill is not advisable, I requested the technician Mr Sushant to reduce the cost of repair, later he gave me the contact number of Mr Murugan (Mumbai) and in spite of many reminders they are not ready to listen and resolve the issue. Recently I contacted Mr Sadha Babu at Chennai and he promised me to check into this and assured to resolve the issue, I am trying to call him at: 9962507851 but he is not replying my calls and is avoiding to speak.

Sir I have purchased M7 sport treadmill through Flipkart dated March 2016 after one month treadmill had not working properly. I have done several complain regarding this but no any person came to my place. Please solve my solution earlier. Regards Amboj kumar 8937999639

Hi sir, I have taken Afton x5 treadmill last year, one year warranty also completed. Now I am testing some problem error 10 it shows. I call your servicing center in Hyderabad. So many times two times they came and done servicing but no result same problem the next day. Now from last 2 months I am calling, but there are not coming, what is the problem. I am not getting servicing. Can you give me the head office number.

Sir, I have Afton trade mill and now it is giving problem, while starting the machine after 2-3 minutes it automatically goes off. Kindly suggest what to do? Sir, my son V Srimali purchased an Afton make tread mill from one Mr Balaji Sahu ai Vizag. My son is Cdr in Indian Navy. Now our tread mill requires some service. We informed it to the person Mr Balaji Sahu yesterday. As my son is not doing well, I am only the person to look after all our necessities. This also I informed to Mr Sahu but since yesterday he is making me sit at home and waiting for the service engineer telling that the person is coming to attend the work and he is on the way. Really I am waiting like this till now but nobody has turned this side till now which is miserable for me. I have a lot of work to look after.
