We have been using europa locks for all our comercial and residential projects since 2000, Almost we have used more than 600 to 700 locks of them thats only based on good quality and service, but we are now facing a very bad service for the past 1 year, saying alsort of excuses like delayed service calls like 10 days, manufacting fault after 4 months of purchase, the service person visits after 10 days says its there fault change with the dealer, when contacted the dealer he says he has stoped dealing with europa locks and said will check with the company and get back 1 month back.
