My need for Vibration Training sprang up when I suffered from bad knee pain. In the first few weeks of vibrations, I was not only able to improve my flexibility but also my core strength. The vibration routine had been highly effective and with very little effort on my part. I always believed the training worked but just the other day I was surprised at how much I had improved since starting. I was in the gym doing a regular routine, which was something I had done before my exposure to Vibration Training, and soon after I had finished I felt the workout was easier and didn’t leave me tired. I will continue to use this technique as part of my weekly routine from here on out.
